In the online and study guide versions you will be guided through the principles and application of self-coaching with lectures, exercises and quizzes in which to participate. In a group or one-to-one setting this course will take approximately one-hour.
You will learn the basics of what life coaching is, and how you can use coaching principles to help you move forward in your own life journey.
This course is targeted at anyone who find themselves struggling to move forward with any issues they might be facing. This may be in the form of personal, professional or relationship issues.
